Laurens interests, education and experience are a mix between holistic wellness and dance. In 2011 she graduated from the 3000-hour diploma program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC. After starting her career in massage therapy, and opening her own dance studio, she completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and her Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. Along with her wellness and business endeavors, Lauren has been dancing, performing and teaching in a variety of dance styles for over 10 years.
From personal experience, Lauren became interested in holistic healing when she was a child. It successfully helped her with severe allergies and sleep issues.
